Don’t Let Your Family Doctor Intentionally Ruin Your Claim
Now you might be asking yourself, “Why would my long-time family doctor intentionally destroy my legitimate claim for money lost and physical injuries suffered from a car accident”? Well, here’s why: some doctors believe a lie that the insurance industry has been telling the public for over 30 years. One of the lies the insurance industry has been telling doctors is that insurance companies have to charge doctors high malpractice insurance premiums because of frivolous lawsuits. However, studies have shown that to be a lie. The insurance industry enjoys record profits year after year, and the real reason that doctor’s pay outrageously high insurance premiums is because the insurance industry bribed our lawmakers into allowing them to do an activity that is illegal in every other industry. That illegal activity is called a monopoly. A monopoly prevents competition and allows big insurance companies to abuse good doctors and charge doctors outrageous malpractice premiums.
Nevertheless, despite the truth, some doctors believe the insurance industry lie and blame their high insurance premiums on you and other people who sue for money lost and injuries suffered from car and other types of accidents. You need to know if your doctor is one who believes the insurance industry lie. Because if your doctor does, your doctor may intentionally sabotage your legitimate claim, and prevent you from recovering money lost and physical injuries suffered from the car accident.
So how do you know if your doctor bought into the insurance industry lie? Ask your doctor this question: “I hired a lawyer to represent me in a car accident case; would you have any problem cooperating with my lawyer?” Few doctors will come right out and say they do. Therefore, look for any type of negative comments or body language. If there’s any type of negative reaction, look for another doctor who hasn’t bought into the insurance industry lie. Otherwise, your long-time family doctor will make a lot of money by treating you for the injuries caused by the car accident, but may destroy your legitimate claim. In the past, I have had doctors who made a lot money treating my clients for injuries caused by car accidents, and when it came to time to stating the obvious, that the car accident caused the injuries, they wouldn’t do it and risked destroying their patient’s claim. If you’re still not comfortable in your ability identify a doctor who will destroy your car accident claim, contact us because we have many of resources that can help us answer that question.
