Optimal Estate Plan to Protect Your Life Savings and Family Relationships
Below are the four documents that constitute an optimal estate plan. Are there other ways to do it? Sure. But based on my education and experience, those options, in general, are less optimal than the four documents that I recommend.
The documents that make an optimal estate plan to protect your life savings and family relationships are the following:
- Revocable Living Trust that turns into a Beneficiary Controlled Irrevocable Asset Protection Trust for Bloodline Descendants;
- Will;
- Power of Attorney; and Living Will.
